Inspiration can come from anywhere. In this case, from a stranger offering almonds to us on a plane: “Everything is better when you share”. Those words resonated as Ivanhoé Cambridge had just tasked us with developing a communal-space concept for their shopping centres across Canada. The rollout was wildly successful.
